Domains

A domain is an address on the internet that is used to identify a website. It is composed of a name, such as google and a top-level domain (TLD) such as .com, .org or .net. A domain is unique and can only be registered by one person or organization at a time. It is used as a key identifier to direct internet traffic to a specific website or location hosting web resources such as web pages, images or videos.

DNS

A name server is a computer server that stores and manages domain name system (DNS) records. It provides a way for computers to translate domain names (such as google.com) into IP addresses (such as 74.125.29.101) that can be used to locate and access websites, email servers, and other online resources. When a user types a domain name into their browser or email client, the name server is queried to find the corresponding IP address, allowing the user to connect to the desired resource.

Hosting

Web hosting refers to the storage and distribution of a website’s data and files on a server connected to the internet. It allows individuals and organizations to publish their websites on the internet and make them accessible to users all over the world. Web hosting services typically include features such as domain registration, storage space, bandwidth, email accounts, and access to programming languages and databases. There are several types of web hosting services, including shared hosting, dedicated hosting, cloud hosting, and virtual private server hosting. The choice of web hosting service depends on the website’s specific needs and budget.

Email

As most people know, Email is a method of exchanging electronic messages between people using digital devices. It allows you to send and receive messages, files, and other types of data over the internet. Email is widely used for communication, both personal and professional, and it provides a convenient and efficient way to stay in touch with others.
